Refund and cancellation policy

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel a Merchant or Catalogue subscription at any time to prevent its next renewal. Unless a refund is due under applicable law, access and the current monthly allowance continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Pen Packs

Pen Packs are one-time purchases of non-expiring generations. If you purchased a pack by mistake, contact us promptly and do not use its generations while the request is reviewed.

Problems with the service

If Product Pen fails to provide a generation but deducts an allowance, contact support with the account email and approximate time. We will investigate and restore the generation or provide another appropriate remedy where the service was at fault.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory rights available under consumer law. Cancellation rights for digital services can depend on whether performance began with your express consent.

Requesting help

Submit a request through the support page. Include your account email and Paddle transaction reference, but never send full card details.
