These terms apply when you create an account, purchase a plan or use Product Pen. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Product Pen uses artificial intelligence to create product descriptions and metadata from information you provide. Generated material can contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing it and ensuring that all claims, prices, specifications and legal disclosures are accurate before publication.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with it, attempt to bypass allowances or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Allowances and subscriptions

A free account includes two lifetime welcome generations. Pen Pack generations are purchased once and do not expire. Merchant and Catalogue allowances reset each monthly billing period and unused monthly generations do not roll over. Separately purchased Pen Pack generations remain available.

Payments and renewal

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may calculate and collect applicable taxes. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. The price and billing interval are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop a monthly plan from renewing. Refunds and any statutory cancellation rights are described in our refund and cancellation policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and will give appropriate notice of material changes affecting paid users.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Product Pen is not responsible for losses caused by publishing generated content without appropriate review or by using the service contrary to these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought.
